Having specialised in Fitness Nutrition after a three year Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Kinetics, the services that I offer address the following areas of expertise:
- Weight loss program
- Guidance towards a healthier lifestyle
- Specific muscle gain for sport fanatics
- Special need for pregnancy, eating disorders, plant-based diet

My philosophy is to guide and support my patients through the process of these lifestyle changes in order to help them reach and maintain their goal.

I consult from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm - with flexibility.
On Mondays I will be in the North, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the
