Very bad experience at Aldrex suppliers
Very bad service at Aldrex Plaisance today. yesterday i brought items but the sales girl Corine Pay told me to come today to collect the receipt. As a Customer i understand that they are opening and maybe some items are not yet listed on their system. today i went to collect the receipt and another sales person rudely spoke to me. She insulted me by saying look you do not have your word to say. Aldrex opened yesterday and people have started complaining!!! she did not even tried to understand what i was saying. she said if you want the receipt stay silent orelse leave!!! feeling degraded!!! very bad Customer service. the sales person do not have a proper way of speaking to their clients. Just for a recepit, i waited around 1h.

Yves Rocher products as usual are nice.
I wish I could say that for the customer service and the staff at their shop in Quatre Bornes.
It feels as though they are doing you a favour in selling you the product.
