Review of Katbalou Ltd

Very negative experience in #Katbalou in Cascavelle. I came to color my hair (to be more precise - highlight it). First hairdresser didn't know how to make highlights (which I found very weird). Ok I agreed to blond my roots, mentioned that I don't want to get "yellow" blond, I need platinum. The girl made as if she understood. Once we finished, what I got it was exactly awful, yellow roots. Never in my life I got so disgusting color, which absolutely not suits me. when I told her, that she must apply some tone on the hair, to remove this yellow tone, hairdresser didn't understand. Last but not least, once hairdresser rinse color from my hair, she didn't apply balsam or shampoo. I don't know who manage this salon and how you people choose your staff, and if your staff is even trained properly. I have strong impression that people are unprofessional. Absolutely. I don't care if someone properly great me or propose tea/coffee (which is normal practice everywhere), but lowest quality of service and pure damage of my hair cannot be accepted. Your salon still exist and people visit it only due the fact, that most of Mauritian women, unfortunately, never experienced good service and met real professional, otherwise - such low quality salon would never exist. People never go there, especially if you want to have a good service and come out satisfied. Conclusion is simple: will never in #Katbalou ever.
