We have a problem with our Electronic Gate and the Remote Video Screen to open the Gate. We lodged a complaint on Thursday i.e 7th March 2013 . Today is 15th March 2013, and they dont even care to send any Technician. We have been calling them everyday, but they are completely irresponsible and reckless , in their customer support.
