Review of J. Kalachand

J Kalachand has to be the worse company in Mauritius with regards to customer service. We recently sent a Yamaha amplifier for repair. They dragged it for months...eventually made us pay 75% down payment to get it repaired. on the day we went to collect, were surprised to see our amplifier connected on display in their showroom...since the manager mr mario has been treating us like beggars, deliberately playing around with the facts and seriously questioning our integrity as a customer. they seriously abuse of their monopoly as sole agents to treat customers like crap. i would not recommend anyone to buy brands represented by J Kalachand, they sure will never receive any service no matter how much they pay for it and will end up being abused by their arrogant staff and managers
