Review of Alarmtech Co. Ltd

As an existing client I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a technician to ONLY come and re-set the alarm. I have been called back, given an indication of the cost, been promised that the technicians will be here at a certain time & date, no response. On trying to call same technicians, it is vertually impossible. How could you possibly survive with service such as this?!
