Review Very bad after sales service

I bought a trainers for my daughter she bearly weares ,we noticed it started unglude we stop at your store at Rose Hill and showed to the lady.she was very nice and proposed to repair same so I had to brought a pair of sandals for my daughter to be able to make her way back.its been 3 weeks since we send the shoes for repairs and each time I go at your store am told not yet ready .would be much appreciated for an urgent feedback.
