Review Unprofessional and unreliable

Unfortunately I've had dreadful experience from NurseOnCall Home Healthcare Mauritius. Ive given up attempting to use them to organise a home carer for my grandparents for many months now. Unfortunately, promises go unfulfilled, particularly when it comes to returning phone calls or arranging appointments, with the owners actively chosing to ignore texts and phone calls. Very poor and non existent communication, unreliable and unprofessional, certainly not what I would expect from a company to be entrusted to look after elderly and vulnerable people.
