Review Level of professionalism is lowering at Sasha Trianon

I am no more satisfied with the performance of the new staffs. Firstly when I left Sasha Trianon lately after a hair cut and treatment I did not feel fully satisfied. Secondly the staffs gossips in front of clients which is not professional at all.
Lastly, a male staff did my hair and his hand had a strong cigarette smell which disturbed me and had to stop him.
I used to look high at Sasha but now no more and thinking of going for a better salon.
Dear Manager If you wish to keep the standard please do train your staffs towards professionalism.
Satine was the best among all but he is no more at Trianon.
