This is not my first time to book online, however this is by far the worst booking experience.
I booked a hotel last week to enjoy the vacation with my family (parents/seniors and kids ) through rehlat in a hotel called lilyland in Hurghada Egypt. Full Payment was made and taken by Rehlat.
When I went this week to check in; the hotel was not aware of my booking and I had to wait for 5 hours to check in the hotel as the hotel didn't recieve the FULL PAYMENT I made and Rehlat has used a 3rd medium for the booking.
I had to call rehlat when I reached the hotel so the booking can be sent (though the confirmation was sent to my email it was never sent to the hotel).
I have to pay more for my stay since the full amount I paid never reached the hotel.
hotelbeds and rehlat both were contacted, the first never replied and the 2nd is prolonging the communication process instead of finding the solution to what I am put through. and calling customer services is useless as they give fake promises of returning back with a solution or having some one call back.
This is my 4th day in the hotel and I am still waiting for a solution from rehlat. Awaiting a proper professional solution.
In the future ; I would never deal with Rehlat as it failed to be a trustworthy and professional organization that you can depend on in online transactions.
