Job Summary | We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team. The Administrative Officer will act as the first point of contact for all clients, providing support, sending emails and managing their general queries. The candidate should also has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools and generally be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis. |
Duties of Job | Submission of notarial deeds on the registrar system Manage office supplies stock and place orders Maintain and update company databases Organize a filing system for important and confidential client documents Answer queries by clients Maintain company calendar and schedule appointments Book meeting rooms as required Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages) |
