We are looking for motivated individuals residing in the Vacoas / Phoenix / Quatre Bornes region to join our service team

- setting up mise en place prior to service
- welcoming and greeting guests
- explaining the menu and advising guests
- taking food and drinks orders and communicating with the kitchen and bar regarding any special requests
- delivering food and drinks to guests
- preparing and delivering bills to customers
- taking credit card payment from customers
- setting up mise en place at the table for next guests
