Job offer: Back End Operations Manager

Alteo Milling Limited is looking for an experienced Back End Operations Manager to oversee production processes. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, proactive, and enhance team productivity.

• Review production targets, manage operations, and lead corrective actions in daily meetings.
• Coordinate inter-departmental activities to streamline production.
• Handle budgeting for production costs and manage operational budgets.
• Organize preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor key production metrics to uphold output and quality standards.
• Analyze data to bolster decision-making and operational improvements.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure continuous production.
• Comply with regulatory standards and enforce environmental sustainability.
• Oversee workforce and machinery alignment, including training needs.
• Maintain strict safety protocols and housekeeping standards.

Applicants should be highly organized, with strong budgeting, planning, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and French is required. A BSc in Mechanical Engineering or similar is necessary with at least 5 years' experience.
