• Specializes in Moroccan Bath Therapy, and performs Moroccan baths, spa treatments on our guests.
• Prepares the point of sale and preparation areas
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Comply with all hygiene standards, quality, rules and regulations

• Cleans and tidies the recreation area and massage rooms - sauna , etc. after closing
• Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales
• Assist guests regarding hammam facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Follow departmental policies and procedures, and follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Assists with other responsibilities and duties in the absence of a team members or other tasks assigned by the manager.
• Follows all policies and procedures ascertained by the hammam.
