The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering precise and detailed
technical drawings, supporting our engineering and design teams, and ensuring our
projects adhere to the highest industry standards.

- Develop and produce detailed CAD drawings for MEP systems
based on markups, sketches, and design plans.
- Take offs
- Site surveys and measurements
- Model building
- Perform valuations of works.
- Assist BIM Modelers and Engineers in design and modeling tasks.
- Any other function or duties, cognate or not, as may be assigned by
the Director, Senior Technicians and Engineers.
- Update all drawings, details, sections, charts and specifications for
construction based on mark-ups, calculations and written
instructions provided
- Perform valuations of works.
