Our Client, a major player in the financial sector, is seeking a Human Resources Director. This role involves defining and validating the HR strategy with the Executive Management based on the bank's structure, environment, challenges, and goals, ensuring its effective implementation.
- Collect HR needs from bank departments and develop a management strategy to professionalize teams, manage talents, and enhance skills through training.
- Ensure motivation, maintain a positive social climate, and develop a performance-focused corporate culture.
- Implement an evolving performance evaluation system, maintain fair remuneration policies, and manage recruitment and career development efficiently.
- Regularly communicate with staff representatives to foster a constructive dialogue and preempt social conflicts.
- Manage HR administration in compliance with laws and corporate standards, define training needs, and ensure the implementation of approved training schedules.
- Engage with regulators, authorities, and external entities on HR matters.
Managerial Responsibilities: Participate in the bank's Operational Committee, manage the HR Committee, lead HR projects, and supervise and support team members.
Operational Duties: Manage HR budget, ensure reliable payroll processing, organize team activities, and oversee HR procedures and data integrity.
