Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage hotel's internal controls and financial processes.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and identify process weaknesses.
• Coordinate with the financial reporting team for accurate management packs.
• Lead annual budget preparation and forecasting.
• Analyze financial reports to aid operational decisions.
• Train and support finance staff, enhancing their skills.
• Update standard operating procedures regularly.

Required Qualifications:

• ACCA, CIA qualification, or Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance.
• Minimum three years' experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in internal controls and auditing.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
