  • Ensure compliance with office codes and statutory requirements like insurance renewals and membership updates.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and managing corporate secretarial duties like preparing board resolutions and handling client accounts.

Requirements: Applicants need strong administrative and secretarial experience, IT proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting. Positive attitude and pro-active work ethic are essential.
