Job Summary

- Supervision of Staff: Oversee the work of employees, ensuring they perform their tasks efficiently and follow store procedures.

- Inventory Management: Ensure that stock levels are adequate, manage orders, and maintain stock organization.

- Customer Service: Assist customers with their needs, provide product recommendations, and handle customer complaints or queries.

- Quality Control: Ensure that all tools, materials, and products in the store are of high quality and meet the standards.

- Training & Development: Train new staff on products, store procedures, and safety protocols.

- Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is well-maintained, organized, and clean.

- Safety Management: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, especially concerning the handling and storage of products.

Duties of Job

- Supervising Staff:
Direct and manage store employees, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Delegate tasks based on staff skills and store needs.

- Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering of products.
Organize and manage the display of products.
Perform regular stock counts and checks to prevent discrepancies.

- Customer Service:
Assist customers in locating and selecting products.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide product recommendations.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

- Store Maintenance:
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Oversee the condition of displays, shelves, and equipment.

- Quality Control:
Check products for damage or defects and ensure they meet store standards.
Ensure the correct pricing and labeling of products.

- Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols in handling tools, equipment, and hazardous materials.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Training and Development:
Train new staff on procedures, product knowledge, and safety protocols.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.

- Reporting:
Track sales, expenses, and stock levels.
Report any issues to management and suggest improvements to store operations.
