The role involves assisting the Security Supervisor in managing and training the security team, ensuring the operational efficiency of safety measures, and maintaining stakeholder security. Responsibilities include overseeing CCTV operations, evaluating surveillance to detect irregular activities, coordinating incident reports, and supporting investigations.

• Supervise daily security operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage and review security footage for discrepancies.
• Compile incident reports and support legal proceedings.
• Oversee Watchmen's duties and maintain professional stakeholder interactions.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of security personnel.
• Adjust security deployment as needed and manage the department during the supervisor's absence.

Required Qualifications: Diploma in Business Management or related field, minimum 3 years in a similar role, able to handle pressure, physically fit, and able to work extended hours.
