Duties of Job

•Create and develop new recipes while ensuring the authenticity and quality oftraditional Indian cuisine.
•Maintain high standards of food preparation,presentation, and hygiene.
•Manage kitchen ingredient sourcing, inventorycontrol, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
•Prepare and cook a range of Indian Curry dishes as per the demand.
•Have a full operational knowledge of all recipes, standards, portion sizes andPresentation style of various curries produced in the kitchen.
•Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of traditional Indian curries.
Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh.
•Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.
Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods.
Present,garnish and arrange final dishes.
