TIL has been formed with an objective to provide complete range of solution in telecommunication networking. viz copper , optical fiber, BTS sites, structured cabling, internal cabling.
We help strategies, design, plan, survey, layout, construct, Install, test, commission, train, operate and maintain all types of Telecom infrastructure including.
Position:
Receptionist - Admin Assistant.
Missions & tasks:
- Front Office tasks: attending phone calls, receiving and guiding people, email, scanning, photocopy, binding, laminating, fuel issu, utilities, despatch in and out office works, follow up the premises good cleaning / maintenance, buying groceries, etc...
- Admin assistant: helping in the head office works like immigration, vehicle, dormitory, tender docs, filing of docs, imports, attendance, auditors assist, etc...
Requirements:
- Qualifications: SC or HSC holder.
- Experience in the same field: at least 2 years.
- Speaking and written languages :French and English compulsory.
- Computer literate and be comfortable using softwares.
- Area : living in the vicinity of Quatre-Bornes : Quatre-Bornes, Rose Hill, Beau Bassin ...
Conditions;
- Working hours: from Monday to Friday : 9h00 to 17h00.
- Salary: negotiable.
