• Implement and maintain high standards of service and hospitality
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to delivering outstanding service
• Implement professional development programs to enhance staff skills and career growth
• Develop and execute strategic plans to maximise revenue and profitability
• Identify and target key markets, particularly in the business and MICE segments
• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Oversee pricing strategies and revenue management to optimise room rates and occupancy
• Foster relationships with key clients, industry partners, and local businesses
• Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows to promote the property and network with potential clients
• Implement programs to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business
• Monitor online reviews and social media channels to maintain a positive brand reputation
• Oversee the management of all hotel facilities, including conference and meeting spaces
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any operational issues promptly

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, you cumulate a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 3 years in a hotel management role.
You have an extensive experience in the MICE segment and a strong network within the industry.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is an advantage.
