Shlomo is an authentic vegan-vegetarian concept restaurant/store, situated at the peaceful coast of Grand Bay, Mauritius.
We offer high-quality, moderately priced, and healthy dishes inspired by the African Hebrew Israelites’ biggest vegan community. This same vegan community of Dimona which pioneered plant-based cuisine in Israel.
In addition to that, we aim to create awareness and a way of awakening and self-healing through nutrition. Our dishes are in themselves a pathway to boosting your immune system as you shall reap all the natural minerals that mother earth may offer through its plants.
