Conditions: The above package is applicable for:-
Locational criteria - Relatively flat sites within Plaines Wilhems, from Providence to Flic-en-Flac (East West direction), Pailles to Rose Belle (North South direction) and does not include Soreze village and sites having sloppy and unstable ground structure.

Standard reinforcement with Y12 bars maximum, 150mm slabs, beams and slabs span not exceeding 4m50. Not applicable for basements construction and pile foundations.
Architectural criteria - Minimalist architecture comprising 1 or 2 levels with flat roof, and of minimum surface area 1000 sq.ft. for effective site mobilisation.
Accessibility and site criteria - Easily accessible for Lorries of capacity 30T and availability of sufficient on-site space should be available for material stacking and container storage.

The package comprises construction works limited to grey finish only and does not include:
Plumbing and waste disposal system
Electrical and air-conditioning installation
External and internal openings
Built-in furniture
Floor finish, mortar and tile fixing
Enclosure / boundary wall and gate
Landscaping and driveway paving
Wall preparation and painting
