Investment opportunities are available for Non-Mauritian Nationals to invest and acquire properties. There are two specific schemes that foreign nationals can invest in, namely: IRS & RES Schemes respectively. Successful investors may be eligible for permanent residency in Mauritius for themselves. Bank accounts and company registrations can be put in place also by the help of Mauritius Estates.
