Bad customer service
I bought a phone at Courts mammouth Mon Desir in least than 1 year it has failed on taking power as it still have warranty i informed them and they took it for reparation which will take more than 15 days
I also informed them that i need a phone for all my work and they refuse giving a spare phone

Disappointment with the way these tec behave
Very bad sevices especially when it comes about repairing those techicien dont have manners to speak with customer making fun laughing of trying to be as if you own them...shame for company like courts for these kind of people...ive bought a heater i havn't been able to use for a day and when i send to chk the techicien say you dont know to installed and when you tell them to come for it to installed they make fun as if its is first time am using a heater...

Bad customer service
I bought a laptop and in 1 year i started have problems with it.I have given it to be repaired and its been more than 2 weeks I have not heard from Courts.Each time I call, they say they haven't heard from the producer.
My recommendation is not to buy from Courts

Horrendous delivery service
Courts mammouth delivered several items for me...they never called in advance to let me know the day or a few days before...they call when they are in the area...they called saturday 18th of september at 12:02 trying to deliver a Bosch Cooker Hood...since they had not called me before I was in Port Louis...on Tuesday 21 of September they called again but this time they had shipped it to Bel Air instead of Grand Gaube...when I called to speak to a supervisor they asked that I left a phone number for one to call...it has been over an hour and no one has called...looking at their terrible rating here I doubt anyone cares over there and I don't think a supervisor will call...

Very bad customer service
I purchased an item at courts mammoth where r asked specifically to the sales girl i need my item as soon as possible its urgent after checking her stock her came back to that they have it in this region now it will take time and come to you tomorrow or the day after max and i also request to put a note that it is urgent for me two days gone still nothing came to me not even a phone call so on the 3rd day i call to court mammoth back where i inform same situation to a lady which she reply that they will get back to me still nothing and 3rd day also about to end yet now i can surely say that at least me, my family n friend will never purchase any stuff at court mammoth again very very bad customer service.

They should all have a customer care course
How can Courts Mammouth advertise on radio about online shopping... This is the worst online shop i have ever come across. Even though you pay cash i am still waiting on an item ordered 3 weeks ago and every time i call to ask what is happening, they tell me that the person is not available and will call back but i am still waiting. It is outrageous.... I don't understand that such a big company cannot grasp the concept of CUSTOMER CARE...Management what are you doing????? Wake up!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Today I went to courts at grand baie .. sadly to say that am very disappointed.
I took a big book self I asked a man who work there to help me to put it in my car and he was ok with it ! But a rude and mannerless seller her name was meenakshi or meenakbi or whatever came to me and told me that’s not their job and she was very rude ! no matter what I bought things there by cash and never got any problem but today am very disappointed by her behavior and she even told the man not to help me as she want to close the store rapidly its was 7:30 ... I know it’s their time to go home but customer come first ! It was very unprofessional as am a woman I had to take the bookshelf by myself to my car ! Sadly but very bad bad customer service. I just wish I didn’t go there today !

after sale service
i bought a water pressure and paid cash during confinement.upon delivery it was found to be defective.made a complaint same day.i have to wait for cargo to get a new one despite having it in your shop!wasted my time n money purchasing from you!i will see to it that it is my last purchase from you.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Firstly I would say Courts are very unprofessional. I bought a washing machine in the start of June 2018, it has washed only once and after that stopped. I contacted Courts several times, but they said that they cannot do anything even though it was on warranty and asked me to contact the Samsung agency directly. I contacted the Samsung agency and finally they send a technician. After that, technician informed us that they will have to repair the machine. I refused and asked for a new one. I called Courts many times to ask what is happening but they said that they are waiting for technician report and to call after one week. I called back after one week and still no feedback. Sometimes when I call they dont even answer the calls. It is very unprofessional on their behalf. I paid cash and asked for refund also but still they said that it will take some time. Finally they called me and asked me to choose a new one, when I choose a new one and now they cannot do the delivery because their system is not working. Last time busying from Courts. Very bad Customer service and not even a phone number to complaint.

My house owner purchased HISENSE tv from courts mammouth, curepipe.Within, 1 month, there was problem of ants going /crawling inside the TV.Within 3 months, the remote started malfunctioning. When I took for the service, they said, tit will take 10-15 days. Unfortunately, this HISENSE tv has no manula controls. Every thing channel or volume change or radio/TV options work only through remote. This is the first time, I have seen such a terrible TV. The cusotmer care in the shop , flatly refused to give any spare remote, given that TV does not work without remote.They dont have a spare one!!!
It is high time, such a simple gadget goes wrong, and repair takes 2 weeksand the customer is left high and dry.The management must look into this issue and set proper remedial measures for good customer satisfaction. Why should they sell such rubbish TVs? I am shocked.
